Roasted Broccoli…
Roasted Broccoli with Lemon is an incredibly easy and tasty vegetable side dish. Pair it with organic rotisserie chicken or a nice piece of grilled fish and you’ve got a sensationally healthy meal. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 dash freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a large baking sheet (not air-insulated) and roast until the broccoli is tender and blackened on the bottom, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges.
